Jet's letter to Santa

Dear Santa,

Since this is my first Christmas and all, I wanted to make sure you remember me. ChaChi and I have been really really good puppies....well, maybe ChaChi has only been a GOOD puppy....but I have been a REALLY REALLY GOOD PUPPY! ChaChi thought that I should write the letter because there is a better chance that YOU will grant my wishes.

Here are my wishes: (in random order because my little brain isn't always so organized)

1. Please help all the sick people be healthy, Grandma Karen is super special and please watch over her at The Mayo Clinic and help her heal. Santa, if you can take away all of the ugly diseases in this world from MS to Parkinsons, from Cancer to Cystic Fibrosis...wow, wouldn't that be an amazing gift?

2. Please make sure that all the lonely, sad, unwanted doggies get the attention they deserve. Maybe you could help all those stray doggies and kitties find homes?

3. Please help Poppy, our little blonde chihuahua friend, find her strength to heal from her back surgery so she can run around on the California beach.

4. Feed the hungry, love the unloved, heal the sick, and make humans stop fighting these political wars. Santa, they say you are magic, so I am assuming I can use my Christmas wishes for Peace on Earth. Help others see the good in each other.

5.ChaChi wants me to remind you that she wants LOTS of fashionable clothes and chewies and treatsies. (Santa, forgive ChaChi for being so self centered. She really is a very sweet puppy)

Finally, I hope you grant every wish that is made this Christmas to every person, dog, hamster, and kitty....(oh, the list is endless)

Something tells me that there is something YUMMY up on the table. We SMELL it! What is taking so long? We want a nibble!!! Can you see what is on top of the table? We can't...but, I think there is something really sweet up there...

Babs the Grinch

Ok, so Babs is kinda being a Grinch lately...and I feel just like this little dog. She hasn't gone so far as tie antlers on my head, but I don't think it would be out of the question for her. Maybe it is because she didn't get the Christmas cards done, or the fact that it is SO cold and Jet and I keep pooping on the back hall carpet. (which by the way, is a lovely place to poo) I just hope she turns it around, and FAST so that Jet and I get real treatsies and not stolen treatsies from HooVille.

CHRISTMAS TREATSIES!

Oh, hello doggies, humans, and hamsters! I just thought I would brag blog about the AMAZING popcorn I had this morning for brunch. See, Anna has this giant tin of popcorn from Grandma and she thought it would make for a delightful snack after my nutritious kibble. The best part is that Jet had NO IDEA that I was getting such a treat until AFTER I had my fill. HA!

Jet finally figured it out and joined in. I love popcorn. I love cheese and I love Anna!

I"ve Been Tagged!!!

I've been tagged by smoochie kisses Asta, my fellow Cutie-Poo Manhattan Doggie friend. I believe I am supposed to tell you my biggest pet peeves! Why do they call them "pet" peeves?? Curious!

Since you asked, I am going to use my little Chihuahua voice and tell you what

"REALLY MAKES ME ANNOYED":

What really makes me mad, By JET:

1.) When ChaChi makes me watch her eat before I can even get my face in the dog food.

2.) When ChaChi steals my chewies, flossies, or toys

3.) When ChaChi takes the super soft part of Babs' lap and leaves me on the side of her.

4.) When Babs thinks it is fun to plop me in the snow...YIKES!

5.) When ChaChi eats the treats before me and barks when I get a bite.

6.) When Chachi...wait a minute, I am starting to see a theme...

I have an idea:

My sister ChaChi is up for sale. I, Jet, have decided she is the cause of all my anxiety. ChaChi Lu Pink Champagne (and might I add *gag* what is up with that name???) is a constant show off, a bully with her voice, and she THINKS she is ALL THAT! I don't think Babs will care so much. I could use the money to send myself to Disney World. I have heard it is Pawsome!

THE SKY IS FALLING!!!

Oh MY DOGGIES! THE SKY IS FALLING! And it is all flaky and white. Anna and her friend are going crazy and screaming and sliding on their bellies. I am totally freaked out. I keep barking at the sky. Now I am exhausted and Jettie and I are going to snuggle for a while and ponder this crisis.

Can we also add that it was eighteen degrees yesterday???
